1. Agreement
By accessing or using Datanito services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and authentication methods, and activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect users, systems, or legal obligations.
3. Early access, previews, and beta services
Preview products such as upcoming Quanta and Nito features may be incomplete, change without notice, have usage limits, contain errors, or be withdrawn. Access is discretionary and may be granted in cohorts. Do not rely on preview services for safety-critical, legally required, or irreversible decisions without appropriate human review and independent controls.
4. Your content
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant Datanito the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, transform, and display your content to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content and connect data sources or tools.
5. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it and for determining whether additional professional, factual, legal, financial, medical, security, or other review is required. 6. Tools, agents, and external actions
Some services may use tools or integrations to take actions in external systems. You are responsible for configuring permissions appropriately and reviewing high-impact actions. We may require confirmation, approval, limits, or additional authentication before certain actions are executed.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Datanito services for unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, harmful surveillance, deceptive impersonation, infringement, platform interference, or other prohibited conduct described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Third-party services
Services may interoperate with third-party models, APIs, MCP servers, software, infrastructure, payment services, or websites. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. Datanito is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Fees and paid services
If a service requires payment, pricing, billing frequency, taxes, credits, usage, renewal, refund rules, and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase or in product-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
10. Intellectual property
Datanito and its licensors own the services, software, interfaces, branding, and related intellectual property, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or circumvent service protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially for previews and dependencies outside our control.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datanito will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Any liability cap or exclusions required by applicable law will apply to the extent enforceable; separate paid agreements may state different limits.
14. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Datanito against claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content and actions for which you are responsible.
15. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or protection of systems and users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
16. Governing law
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise or mandatory law requires a different result, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
17. Changes and contact
