Depending on how you interact with Datanito, we may collect account and contact information; early-access application details; billing and transaction information; product inputs, uploaded files, prompts, generated outputs, tool activity, and workspace content; support communications; device, browser, log, security, and approximate location information; and information you choose to provide through integrations.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure services; authenticate users; operate early-access programs; process requests and transactions; deliver AI features and tool actions; maintain reliability; investigate abuse; communicate with users; improve products; measure performance; comply with law; and protect Datanito, users, and third parties.
4. AI inputs and outputs
AI features may process prompts, files, tool results, retrieved knowledge, and generated outputs. The exact handling of product content may vary by product, account type, deployment, provider, and configuration. Where third-party model or infrastructure providers are used, data may be transmitted to them as necessary to provide the requested feature. We aim to minimize unnecessary data exposure and apply access controls appropriate to the service.
5. Early-access data
When you request early access, we may use your email, name, organization, role, product interests, use case, referral information, and technical anti-abuse signals to evaluate fit, manage invitations, communicate about access, and improve product planning. We do not require sensitive personal information for an early-access request and ask that you do not submit it.
6. Cookies and local storage
We may use essential cookies or browser storage for sessions, authentication, security, preferences, and product functionality. Analytics or marketing technologies, when used, will be governed by applicable consent requirements and product configuration. The interim marketing experience stores only a color-theme preference locally in the browser unless you submit a form or use an authenticated service.
7. How we share information
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, model, security, communications, payment, analytics, and support providers that help us operate services; with integration providers when you direct a product to connect or take an action; with professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product.
8. International processing
Datanito and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain security and records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention can differ by product and data type. We may retain limited records after deletion where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or security.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, secure secret handling, encrypted transport, logging, and least-privilege practices where appropriate. 11. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential communications. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
12. Children
Datanito services are not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the early-access program.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as products and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
