1. Launch Pass requests
A Launch Pass records your interest in selected Datanito previews. Submitting a request does not guarantee access, a specific product, a release date, capacity, commercial terms or continued availability.
2. Identity and verification
Early Access is connected to a Datanito account. We may require verified email ownership and, for some regions or security-sensitive flows, an additional phone verification step. Keep your account details accurate and do not transfer account credentials.
3. Referral links
Your referral code identifies people who reached Early Access through your share link. You may share it with colleagues, collaborators, communities or people who may genuinely benefit from Datanito. Referrals help us understand demand but do not guarantee access, queue position, rewards or preferential treatment unless a specific campaign states otherwise.
4. Responsible promotion
Do not use spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, fake endorsements, purchased identities, automated bulk messaging or claims that Datanito has approved benefits it has not announced. Do not sell a Launch Pass or represent a referral link as guaranteed admission.
5. Preview conditions
Some previews may have product-specific terms, technical limits, regional availability, confidentiality requirements or safety restrictions presented before access. Those specific conditions apply in addition to these rules.
6. Data and communications
We use request information to operate Early Access, understand product interest, contact applicants about relevant previews and protect the program from abuse. See the Datanito Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Program changes
We may pause, change or close an Early Access or referral program when capacity, security, product readiness, law or operational needs require it. We may remove abusive or manipulated referral activity.
